About Me

Growing up on a small Kibbutz (communal agricultural farm) in Israel, I developed a sense of respect and appreciation for the small things in life, especially caring for others. For as long as I can recall, I have a sixth sense for recognizing others’ emotions and feel motivated to help those in need. I believe in kindness and treating others in a way that makes them feel worthy. At the age of 26, after graduating from Phys-Ed school, I opened my own gym and began my career as a full-time personal trainer. Over time, I noticed that my sessions involved more than just helping my clients on a physical level. I happily lent a listening ear as they sought advice, support, and direction about a variety of issues. I always find happiness and fulfillment in helping others.

My path became clear to me on a 12-hour international flight while I was seated next to a complete stranger. We began talking and soon the conversation shifted to personal issues this individual was facing. At one point my new friend stopped mid-sentence and asked me, “Are you a life coach?” My answer to this question at the time was no, however, it lingered in my mind and I knew what I needed to do next.

In addition to being a happy wife and a mother of two wonderful young women. I am a Certified Life Coach!

My home base is in NY, but I coach clients virtually worldwide.

My true passion is helping others. Reflecting on all the people who have led me to this point makes me feel so grateful for those experiences

My path became clear to me on a 12-hour international flight while I was seated next to a complete stranger. We began talking and soon the conversation shifted to personal problems this individual was facing. At one point my new friend stopped mid-sentence and asked me, “Are you a coach?” This question lingered in my mind and eventually answered itself through my decision to become a certified Life Coach.

Today, I am a certified Life Coach! Reflecting on all of the things and people that have brought me to this point makes me feel so grateful for those experiences because I know this is my passion and I can help others.

Keeping that in mind, I decided to be a full-time Personal Trainer. At the age of 26, while In Israel and graduating from PHED School, I opened my own Gym where I served as a Fitness Trainer.

Becoming a Personal Trainer was one way to help people, and through it, I got a closer look at how simply talking to someone would make things a little easier. I was lucky enough to be chosen by a lot of people to talk with!!!

So many times, I would happily lend a listening ear to my clients during our workout as they were seeking advice/direction about an issue they were dealing with. By the end of the session, they would extend their thank yous and share how great they felt to find another perspective in tackling their problem.

It was that 12 hours of international flight where a complete stranger sitting next to me went on for about 2 hours straight. When she asked me, “Are you a coach?” It was that moment when I realized that I wanted to take my coaching to the next level.

From here, the decision to get certified was easy. Even though “coaching” is not regulated, searching for the right school was not easy. But I did it!!

The rest came pretty naturally to me. My idea of coaching is the exact same as my clients to be happy with a position and where we are.

Today, I am proud to be where I am, and I give all the credit to my clients who have helped me reach here. There is absolutely nothing I love more than helping others, especially since the results are always worth it.

I am SUPER excited and passionate about helping others. If there is anything you need to talk about, my keen ears are always here to listen!
